     sexual harassment seminars for a state agency's police officers and
     maintenance employees.

     utility preparing for deregulation; prepared an RFP seeking consultants to
     address strategic questions and developed a consultant list for the RFP.

   Developed a service measurement and quality management process for
     a McDonald’s franchise with eight restaurants and four hundred
     employees.

   Facilitated development of comprehensive community development
     plans for a regional economic development group, two counties, two
     cities, and a chamber of commerce.

     hosting to a city, regional economic development group, and three
