When
projects and activities fail, it usually results from poor implementation rather
than a lack of effort, money, or subject knowledge. Our firm specializes in working
with "in-house subject matter experts" (managers, supervisors and technical specialists)
and community stakeholders (elected officials, business leaders, and volunteer
leaders) to develop performance measurement and reinforcement strategies that
support desired operational results as outlined in a strategic plan. Further,
we strive to incorporate training into our interventions so that we leave a legacy
of higher team leadership skills. We aim to leave our clients with new skills
for using the techniques and knowledge we provide during consulting.
